MKC-501 Digital Processing Compact 3 CCD Color Camera

The MKC-501 is a compact and high resolution digital color camera. The size and performance will widen applications such as: point-of view video documentation, image analysis, high-end inspection, surveillance, airborne-use, and any video production where a small size camera head is preferred.

Features

  • Reliable digital technology
    Ikegami's broadcast quality digital processing technology is used in the optical block and video processing circuits. This results in high resolution, high sensitivity and high quality pictures.
  • Ultra-compact camera head
    The newly designed compact camera head allows for versatile C-mount lenses.

 

  • Separate camera head system
    The camera head and camera control unit (CCU) can be separated. Camera cable can be extended up to 30m with an optical extension cable.
  • Continuously variable level settings.
    Continuously variable iris and painting (R&G-ch) controls are available. This delivers performance to adjust picture brightness and color tones on the screen. Fine adjustment with an auto-shutter is also available.
  • Scene file function
    Four scene files can be stored and selected for the various shooting conditions.
  • Menu settings on the front panel
    Menu level settings are available such as master pedestal, gamma, knee, flair and DTL etc. The menu settings are easy to operate on the CCU front panel.
  • Character display
    Character and title displays on the screen is a standard feature.
  • Convenient freeze mode
    Video can be captured by the FREEZE switch on the CCU front panel. An external switch can be connected to the CCU to freeze the video.
  • Compliant with UL-544 safety standard
    The MKC-501 is compliant with UL-544 safety standard and will allow for use in medical environments.
  • Antibacterial painting
    The camera head and CCU are coated with antibacterial paint for use in medical environments.
