CMI's QZEO Division is a distributor of electronic products and systems for the Industrial Video and Certain End User markets. In addition, the Company provides software creation services, product design services, technical support, product integration, product support, and training services. CMI offers technical application support for all its products and provides creative solutions to help customers minimize downtime and reduce overall procurement costs. Although the Division generally does not manufacture the products it sells, it does integrate, modify, and repair many products and systems. This Division also sells its own OEM camera and software products that are custom manufactured for it by third parties to original equipment manufacturing (OEMs) and end users.
