Domino Melody high-quality and cost-effective acquisition board
The Domino Melody is a high-quality and cost-effective acquisition board for industrial monochrome single-tap analog cameras. It also support top-notch cameras such as dual and triple-speed. It benefits from the D3 Technology* offering to cost-sensitive applications the advantages of a perfect digital image. This frame grabber is an ideal solution for single-camera applications inspecting fast moving objects.
The Domino Melody supports all kinds of area-scan single-tap analog cameras.
As a unique feature the Domino Melody has strictly no jumpers. Even the 75-ohm termination resistor is a software selectable feature.
Camera and I/O connectors
The Grablink Value incorporates 8-Mbyte on board memory. Used as a huge image FIFO, it is clocked at 80 MHz and provides a peak bandwidth of 3 20 Mbytes/s.

Form Factors
The Domino Melody has a small PCB size corresponding to the Low Profile form factor. It is delivered with two brackets, allowing to install the board in either a low profile small standard PC or in a conventional larger PC. The Low Profile computers are smaller than standard PCs saving space which is so important for industrial applications.
Trigger, strobe, enhanced I/O lines
In order to facilitate the integration of the board into the application system, the new Domino boards offer digital I/O lines configurable for general purpose control.
