Fiber Optic Interferometers
We are not a new name in Fiber Optic
Interferometers. We have been building interferometers to
examine FO connectors and ferrules for 3 years now and we
believe we are among the largest in market share. Our chief
scientist with a PhD in Signal Processing from UC irvine has
been creating FO Interferometer software for others since
1995. Now we have created our own design. After 3 years effort
we believe we have a perfected a simple and elegant design
for our Connector Pro family. We just ask you to compare...and
look at ours. Demo units are readily available for qualified
organizations.
Connector Pro 2 and 3 are automated,
portable, battery operated, non-contact Phase Shift Interferometers
with configurable and extendible software for fast and highly
accurate testing of fiber optic connectors providing 3D topography
parameters of the polished connectors endfaces.
The interferometer's microscope incorporates
an extra stable integrated stage with 5 independent degrees
of freedom providing quick and easy adjustment. The microscope
has a built-in high resolution Mireau interferometry objective.
An Autofocus feature, available with Connector Pro 2 and Connector
Pro 3, uses a stepper motor to simplify and speed up the measurement
process. To perform an inspection simply insert a connector
into a connector holder and initiate the measurement. The
stage and connector holder are firmly attached to the objective,
which provides extreme vibration resistance. No vibration
damping equipment required.
