High Video Quality Digital Processing 3CCD Color Camera
The HDL-20DI is a compact and light-weight High-Definition
camera for various applications where high quality HD
picture is required. Especially, the HDL-20DI is suitable
for various medical applications with high sensitivity
performance such as operation microscope camera system
and no shadow lighting camera system.
The THD-311 employs a high-performance 1/3 inch IT CCD,
and incorporates the next generation of digital processing
IC (ASIC) using cutting-edge image processing technology.
The camera is a standard model, and it provides superior
picture quality with 850 lines of horizontal resolution
and a signal-to-noise ratio of 62 dB. It has superior
sensitivity of 2000 lx/f11. The camera incorporates a
high-performance 410,000-pixel 1/3 inch IT CCD, and employs
the next generation of digital processing IC (ASIC.) The
device reproduces the clear and accurate images required
for medical cameras.
Realizes High Video Quality (H Resolution 850TVL and
S/No. 64dB) and High Sensitivity (2000 lux/F14).
High performance digital processing technology is used
to achieve reliable broadcast quality pictures through
our latest ASIC. Provides a function to invert the right
and left of an image or the top and bottom of an image.
Fluorescence photographing as well as a microsurgical

2/3-inch 2,200,000-pixel Special IT CCDs
2/3-inch 2.2M pixel 1080i IT CCDs are employed to
achieve superb picture quality with a horizontal resolution
of 1,000 TV lines.

pictures
A high-grade digital process circuit and 2.2 Million
pixels 2/3h CCD produce clear-definition image over
1000 lines (H), 56dB S/N ratio, 2000Lux/F8.0, which
can meet medical application.
New developed ASIC 12bit The new developed ASIC for broadcast cameras
is used in the HDL-20DI, 12bit A/D conversion and
38bit internal digital processing to provide constantly
stabilized high definition and reliability.
Compact and lightweight The ultra compact camera head (0.20kg) has
C- mount which can realize easily to replace the recent
operation microscope camera system with HDL- 20DI
camera.
Various video outputs for wide range of
applications
Analog RGB, Y/Pb/Pr, and HD-SDI are available, composite
and DV signals are available simultaneously to meet
wide range of system applications.
4:3 Aspect ratio video out Cut out from HD video (16:9) center part
to 4:3 ratio video out as is keeping HD resolution.
This 4:3 ratio video out image size meets microscope
view angles.
Scene filing function
It can be preset 4 scenes camera conditions parameters,for
PEDESTAL/ GAMMA/ FLARE/ DETAIL. These preset camera
condition data help you to get the best image from
camera by easy operate
Freeze function (Option foot switch/Memory)
Single frame image, can be frozen with an
optional foot switch and to save.
The camera delivers 850 lines of horizontal resolution
with a signal-to-noise ratio of 62 dB and a sensitivity
of 2000 lx/f11. It boasts superior picture quality
and a high level of sensitivity, most appropriate
for medical applications, including surgical microscope
systems and shadowless lighting systems.
A shutter iris function is used to maintain the
optimum image level, depending on changes in the
illumination of the samples. The brightness can
be adjusted manually using the volume on the front
panel.
The camera can be connected with camera adapters
and lenses that are compatible with automatic irises
to enable highly accurate iris control.
The camera uses the compact optical block for the
first time, making the camera head compact and lightweight.
Installation in a surgical microscope and various
adjustments can be performed effectively.
The camera head is separated from the CCU. Therefore,
the image can be adjusted and functions can be selected
with the CCD at hand. In addition, the CCU can be
set vertically, enabling optimal use of the space
in which the unit is installed.
The front panel is displayed in Japanese to make
it easy to understand.
The camera employs a continuously variable volume
system for the color level adjustments (Rch: red,
Bch: blue). It is effective in fine tuning the contrast
and color of the screen.
You can freeze the video and store the image by
simply pressing a switch on the CCU panel. This
feature enables you to closely study the subject
in motion. The function can be activated using the
optional footswitch so that both your both hands
remain free.
The camera is equipped with a level indicator that
displays the image level on the front panel of the
CCU, enabling you to constantly check the most suitable
image level.
The DV output terminal comes as standard. The terminal
can be connected with various DV-enabled devices
such as PCs and DV video recorders to upgrade the
systems.

The device features antibacterial coating on the
camera head and CCU to enhance safety.
Latest Digital Processing
Same Digital Processing IC (ASIC) used in our broadcast
camera is adopted. It realizes a clear video image
using 0.18micrometer rule ASIC capable of maximum
38 bit video processing.
14 Bit A/D Converter
Lower noise 14 bit A/D converter is used. This reproduces
smooth gradation in the dark image.
High Sensitivity F14, 2000 Lux
It realized higher sensitivity (F14, 2000 Lux) using
a higher Sensitivity 410,000 pixels 1/2" IT
CCD
S/No. 64dB
By newly developed CCD video processing circuit
and a lower noise 14 bit A/D converter, it produces
very clear image S/No. -64dB.
High Quality Image
It realizes Horizontal Resolution 850TV lines to
produce high quality image which is the best suitable
for medical field use, like the operating microscope
system and the astral lamp system.
A Compact and light weight camera head
Newly developed, high sensitivity C-mount Optics

The MKC-507 provides the clear and accurate images required
for medical image systems. The unit is a digital processing
compact 3CCD color camera, enabling you to store still
images and connect with the networks using advanced software
technology for medical applications.
The camera incorporates a high-performance 410,000-pixel
1/2 inch IT CCD, and employs a 0.18-um digital processing
IC (ASIC) that is often incorporated in television cameras
used in broadcasting. The device provides the maximum
38-bit processing for internal image processing, so it
delivers the clear and accurate images required for medical
cameras.
The camera incorporates a 12-bit A/D converter.
The unit reproduces even dark portions in smooth gradations.
The camera provides superior picture quality with
a horizontal resolution of 850 lines, and superior
sensitivity of 2000 lx F13. The unit is most suitable
for medical applications, including surgical microscope
systems and shadowless lighting systems.
The device incorporates a new system of CCD signal
processing and a low-noise 12-bit A/D converter.
It features a high signal-to-noise ratio of 63 dB.
The camera consists of a 1/2 inch 3CCD compact
