Computer Modules Announces New Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Euresys for California

Computer Modules, Inc. a leading supplier of OEM software and hardware products for the machine vision and image processing industry, has added Euresys products to its portfolio. With the addition of the Euresys product line, CMI has positioned itself as a value-added solutions supplier for frame grabbers, machine vision software, industrial cameras, and lighting products.

Established in 1989, Euresys is a Belgium based manufacturer of imaging boards and imaging libraries. Today it is a leading imaging supplier in Europe and Asia. It is now focusing on the North American market.

Euresys has four main product families - Picolo, Domino, GrabLink, and Multi. The Picolo is a low-cost analog board supporting standard NTSC, PAL, CCIR, and RS-170. For more demanding applications the Domino series supports progressive scan, high resolution, and asynchronous reset analog input devices. The GrabLink supports Camera Link, the latest in digital camera technology, while the Multi series supports both RS422 and Camera Link.

For ease of development, Euresys eVision imaging library gives OEMs and integrators easy- to-use tools and libraries for fast application development.
